Apartment and garden Located in the original area of Villamartin, the Verdemar apartment has been owned and cherished by its owners since new in 1987.

The ground floor 4 berth apartment includes all modern conveniences and is maintained to a high standard throughout. The apartment has a lounge/dining room, an enclosed terrace, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

Relaxing in the garden

With its location away from the main road, there is total peace and quiet whilst relaxing in the garden, terrace or lounge and the North-facing bedrooms remain cooler in the summer affording a better sleep. All windows are sliding with Mosquito nets except the kitchen & laundry. Most windows have Persiana blinds.

The newly landscaped South-facing private garden captures the sun for most of the day and has its own patio and chairs for relaxing. When that all gets too much, the swimming pool is only 145 yards away. The pool has been recently upgraded with refurbished toilets and new sun loungers and is now one of the best on the complex. Verdemar 2 guests enjoy exclusive use of this facility.
